Conference fee: 400 Euros.
Deadline for registration : 15th July 2023
The conference fee covers all meals indicated, the programme and the visits on site. Travel costs and accomodation must be organised and paid individually. Information on reserved room allotments in hotels near the venue can be found here.
It is very important to EFTRE to make it possible for everyone to participate in the conference regardless of their financial possibilities. EFTRE therefore offers a subsidy to the conference fee to a limited number of participants, especially from Eastern European countries. If you would like to apply for a subsidy, please indicate so in the ‘further comments’ section.
When submitting your registration, you will receive an email with the bank details for transferring the conference fee. Please beware, payment must be received and CLEARED by the treasurer of EFTRE to confirm your booking.
